Ran into code enforcement at site, they have closed their case.
Street swept, no wood acting as ramp in street, sidewalk swept.
No washout installed. Entire lot looks like it has been graded.
All trash in trash box and site clean.
Some debris further north up road, can't say if it is from site or someone else.

Verbal Correction request to RP:
- pick up wood and debris and dispose of properly
- shovel up mud and dirt in front of site
- sweep gutter and bike lane in front of driveway
- provide concrete washout solution for any further concrete work (if driveway is not asphalt)

- pick up any loose trash along the entrance.
No significant trackout, permit posted, RP answered phone and will get the gutter cleaned.
