Some corrections complete and conditions have improved, site is still not in full compliance.
Corrections completed:
- clean up dumped material in swale along Roe
- sweep gutter on Roe
- build two more trash boxes on Tarako
- dumped concrete washout north of Limelight has been cleaned up and area blockaded. Lined and signed concrete washout utilized.
- change out DI bag on Roe and Limelight
- silt fence installed and Roe sidewalk swept. Silt fence is being used as a trash and traffice barrier rather than a sediment control. RP to replace with orange fence.
Corrections needed:
- clean up/muck out the mud on the drain apron and entry to sand swale.
- Sweep limelight between Roe and Tarako
- sweep Tarako. Broom gutters and sidewalks, street sweeper for street.
- pick up and contain all trash daily. Pick up wind blown trash in grassy swale east of Tarako and along southern fence line.
- clean up oil spill on Roe better with absorbent and dry sweep

Concrete/concrete washwater spilled or dumped along Roe Street and a pile in the stormwater swale. Loose dirt and material on Tarako and Limelight. No trackout from subdivision, some trash containers installed and in use. Workers parking on the pavement. Lined washout installed east of townhomes.
Correction requests:
- clean up dumped material in swale
- shovel scrape and broom the dried cementitious material in the gutter along Roe Street
- clean up around storm drain inlet, including curb cut and muck out the mud on the drain apron and entry to sand swale.
- install silt fence on inside of sidewalk along Roe and around the corner on Limelight
- build two more trash boxes on Tarako
- Sweep limelight between Roe and Tarako
- notify crews to pick up and contain all trash daily.
- designate a staging area for unloading materials and trusses to prevent blocking streets and gutters for cleaning and access.
