Workers and deliveries driving accross parking lot east of site instead of using the gravel alley. This is causing some trackout to Helen Street.

Correction request:
- clean up minor trackout with broom & shovel
- instruct workers and deliveries to not use the parking lot for access
- sweep up after backfill of townhomes is complete.
