Site is in worse shape. Mud tracked onto bird from muck hole in lot. Genie lift making mess along Overland. Only area cleaned was landscapers along bird.
Reinspection fee added Will put all trades hold if not cleaned.

Dumped concrete + washout reported has been cleaned up as requested. New concrete washout pit with lining has been installed on SW corner of site. Water truck did a full site soaking last night to help keep down dust. No dust at time of inspection, surface is damp and compacted at the time.
Construction entrance installed, minor trackout with request to sweep sidewalk. Permit sign posted, trash contained.
Dirt in gutter is mostly from Petra and Humane Society, so that will be getting a final sweep & clean up.

Spoke with project manager on site.
Washout starting to get full, will replace before next round of pours.
They will build washout and containment for masons when work starts.
Water truck on site, will spray stockpiles if dust becomes issue. Stockpile is pitrun and will propbably be spread next week.

Talked with dirt contractor while on site. Currently removing stripped topsoil. Still only have grading permit. Washout dug but not lined, they are waiting for BLD so it doesn't degrade, has liner in truck.
Ramp of dirt coming from Humane Society, talked to John and it is theirs, will remove after they get the job trailer and topsoil from site.

11:30 Jimmy CM company.
Waiting on electrician to disconnect so they can move light pole and widen entrance. Wattles along perimeter.
Washout pit dug, still needs to be lined. Permit displayed.
Current issues are to watch for trackout and dust when dries. Water truck will be on site.
All traffic will take Bird st. Inlet protection installed from Humane Society job, will take responsibility for inlets when they are finished next door.
