Long driveway risk, will need stormwater controls to slow the flow of runoff from the road. Downslope perimeter sediment control needs to be silt fence instead of wattle as indicated. Will need heavy duty construction entrance and a stabilized channel with check dams to direct water off the site. Will need to watch out for run on from surrounding hillsides. Site preparation is required, should be done prior to BMP installation.
