Trackout has been cleaned up and street swept. Construciton entrance is angular rock, correct length, and has an under lining. Soure of mud is disturbed area adajecnt to exising asphalt entrance. RP lined area with cones. Next week construction/stabilization of this area will begin. Walked site to check for any trouble or ponding spots haul traffic should avoid.
ESC permit sign posted. Trackout fine issued paid. Parcel hold can be removed.

Trackout within paved site access and out to Latah. No ESC permit sign, no construction entrance. NO clean up after trackout.
ESC special site fee assessed and parcel hold placed on site for all BLD and trade inspections until construction entrance is installed.

Trackout within site stabilzed area and onto Latah Street northbound.
Final trackout warning issued. Correction requests:
- sweep up Latah Street
- sweep/rinse (if water can be contained onsite) exisitng asphalt within site
- refresh rock construction entrance
- prohibit employee parking in the dirt or mud, set up parking area on stabilized area
Follow up scheduled for Thursday morning.
