The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. The warehouse area has been revised to utilize ESFR K=25.2 sprinklers. The ESFRs’ have been calculated for plastic commodities up to 20’ high with a maximum ceiling height of 25’. The Owner’s Certificate indicates storage of plastics up to 12’.

Modifying their existing space totaling 15,257 s.f. The tenant is a professional business that manufactures dermatological products (skin care). The existing space has "B" occupancy, "F-1" occupancy, and "S-1" occupancy. The scope of work includes: relocating fixtures, demolition of walls, doors, and fixtures, and the construction of new rooms. The existing structure is tilt-up concrete w/ single slope rook. We are not changing the use or construction type.
