Description
The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting a (4) level apartment building. There is a Class I manual wet standpipe in two stairwells. There are live/work units protected as light hazard. Residential sprinklers are being used extensively. The majority of the piping will be CPVC.

916 Park Apartments - To construct a new 70,965 square foot, four story, wood framed apartment building with some first floor retail shell areas for future tenants. This permit also includes related site improvements. The first floor includes 3,940 sq. ft. of retail areas, a 395 sq. ft. Gym, 2,255 sq. ft. of storage areas, a 210 sq. ft. office area, along with (7) Live/work Units, and (8) one bedroom apartments. The second through fourth floors consist of a mix of one and two bedroom apartments. There are a total of 68 apartments in this building. . First Floor: 19,145 sq. ft., Second Floor: 17,470 sq. ft., Third Floor: 17,175 sq. ft., Fourth Floor 17,175 sq. ft. The building is fully fire sprinkled and the sprinklers are used for area and story increases. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
