Permit to expand an existing 6,565 sq ft medical office into the adjacent 2,876 sq ft office to create a 9,441 sq ft medical office. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: demo existing nonbearing interior walls, new electrical including light fixtures, new walls, new doors and relights, accessibility upgrade to provide 2 fully accessible single-user restrooms, new plumbing, relocating HVAC, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered for area increase. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**
