his building is fire sprinklered for building area increase. Permit is to remodel an existing 9,064 sq. ft. business space on the second floor within the existing building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select millwork, removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling, removal of select light fixtures, select removal and replacement to an exterior window, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create (3) conference rooms, a break area, (2) team/conference rooms, (2) phone rooms, a lobby, a focus room, a neighborhood area and open office areas, select new door/door frames, select new interior storefront windows, rated plywood on walls of the IDF room #211, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, select new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC.
