Permit for tenant improvements to the lobby, kitchen and dining/bar areas of the existing Grove Hotel. The scope of work includes approx. 12,000 square feet of the existing space. Work to include demolition of non-bearing interior partition walls, existing vestibule, interior doors, and other minor interior elements. Construction to include new main entry vestibule, new non-bearing interior partition walls and glazing walls, interior lighting, new finishes, new bar area, and new restaurant layout and design. With improvements to electrical systems, HVAC systems, and plumbing systems. This building has a post tensioned slab and is required to have the tendons located prior to any penetraions of the slab being made. This building is fully fire sprinklered and alarmed. Any alterations to the sprinkler or alarm system are required to comply with NFPA 13 as 72 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
