To construct a 25,320 square foot three story VB Type of Construction apartment building (8,458 sq. ft. 1st story and 8,431 sq. ft. 2nd story and 8,431 sq. ft. 3rd story). Each unit is 1 story. Work is to include concrete footings, concrete foundations, concrete slabs on grade, wood stud bearing walls, wood stud shear walls, fiberglass shingles, 1-hr dwelling unit separations, 1-hour fire barriers for stair and breezeways, rated doors in breezeway, interior nonbearing walls, millwork, and finishes. Special Inspection is NOT required. The roof truss design is a deferred submittal item. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13-R as regulated by the Fire Department.
