Permit is to remodel an existing 2,752 sq. ft. business space within the 5th floor of the existing high rise building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create (2) offices, a conference room, a break/print room, a reception area, a waiting room and a storage/IT room, select new door/door frames, select new interior window, millwork, electrical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
