Power to little fryer on left did not isolate when suppression system was tripped, all energy needs to be isolated with hood activation. Hood has excessive build up of grease behind filoters, hood needs cleaned before next inspection.

I''m trying to do this final early in the morning, so they can still open up for regular business hours. Thank you! Phone #: ###-#### Inspection requested via web by Don Kartchner
