Misc electrical issue left when last tenant vacated.
All Items found in other areas not in scope of work covered by BLD18-03533.
BCC 4-05-32- Code violations not to be retained.
Unable to locate mechanical permit for newer AC unit located on northwest corner.
110.3- Double duplex receptacle located in conference room not working. Found wire damaged by others, left damaged in ceiling.
110.12(B)- Repair all open and unsecured conduits.
210.63- A 15 or 20 amp 120 volt receptacle outlet shall be installed with in 25' of newer AC unit.
314.23- Boxes shall be secured to structure. Receptacles and MC hanging laying on top of file cabinet.
408.4- Panel directory for panel 2 shall be complete.
440.14- A disconnecting means shall be provided for newer AC unit located on N.W. corner.
