NO OCCUPANCY is allowed under this permit. The building was apparently previously reviewed and used for S1 occupancy. If a new tenant wants to use the space as a S1 occupancy, then the space is probably adequate. Although, a new occupancy request shall be processed. If the building is to be used for any other type occupancy or use then the entire building may have to meet current fire code (2015) requirements. (Ref: IFC: 102.3)

No city approved plans on site. A contractor had non-approved plans that had a differenct wall lay out. I let the owner and the contrator know that plans will need to be revised if the approved do not match.
