Bob Archibald looked at plans and agreed that unfinished basement area would require additional windows for natural light. Due to the unlimited wall area for windows, storage room would be the only logical place to add windows. If storage area is not defined as habital space per code could a basement called out as total storage be limited to one egress window only?
