Upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarm system per plans & code. No new interior construction or finish beyond the scope clearly shown on the approved plans at the area of the Northwest corner of the floor; maintenance of existing exit corridor systems & upgrade of new accessible restroom.
