Met with the building owner, building tenants, Tom Whitworth, Tempora Wilson, Marlene Southard, and Carl J. Westfall. The City's concerns and requirements were discussed. The architect thought he could resubmitt within 2 weeks.

1/21/2000-Conferred with Tempra. This building has several issues relative to DRH98-0124 and MIS98-00122 which affect this application. Tempra suggested sending out code enforcement to determine if DR requirements have been met (condition #1 on DR). This application only reflects a change in a restroom, but may need to involve all issues relative to DR and living unit on 2nd floor as this building has no occupancy. 2/9/2000-Received a report along with photos of the site from Jim Soden. Discussed with Tempra. Decision was made to require the architect (Tom Whitworth) come in an discuss what both building and planning require on plans. Tempra does want planning issues addressed along with this application. Plans only show a restroom remodel on the 1st floor and are inadequate. Additional plans required. Carl Westfall will now take over.
