Reviewed project with Bill Alexander concerning review process. The building has two previously issued certificates of occupancy on file for the entire 16,600 + square feet and there had not been any issues on sprinklers. There was no need to route plans to fire for review. drs

Reviewed original plans for masonry wall details. Could not find any notes concerning design as a structural element, appears to have been a fire barrier between original warehouse and retails sales area of lumber yard. Because of the removal of portions of the wall creating one large office area, the plans will be routed to fire code analysis to review acceptable fire flow requirements for a 16,600 sq. ft. bldg. of Type III - N Construction.
