Plans approved as noted and attached plan review comments. Received C.V.on 2/24/00 from Dennis Kelly. Had received additional plans from architect on 2/23/00 to include new interior ramp for accessibility egress to elevated reat second exit door. Assembled together. Routing to PW for sewer use fee evaluation. No approval of occupancy or use under this permit. Density reduction survey recording & five year code upgrade agreement required prior to approval of any occupancy of this tenant space.
2/25/00 - verified with Louise Waldorf, PW, that project is in Bench Sewer District area and owner needs to check with them on fee's. Processing for permit issuance.

Met with Dennis Kelly, one of partners in Hillcrest Business Center, to review proposed plans for submittal for permit. The plans were not stamped & signed by an Idaho licensed architect and the application for the project was not submitted. Dennis said he would contact Joe Numbers, architect, to provide stamped / signed copies of plans and bring over application.
I took Dennis over to visit with Jim Rich to review what answers were needed concerning the DENSITY REDUCTION SURVEY that had been presented for review but was not yet approved, so he could get required responses to city personel for approval of the survey so it could be recorded. Dennis will get with his surveyor to resolve questions.

At preliminary meeting on this project for restroom permit, I had Bill VanDeGrift, plumbing division of PDS, review the plan to see if the plan had to be routed to plumbing for review. This paln did not and work would be revied and approved in field to meet code.
