Met with owner, electrical contractor and Jim Schmer at site and reviewed conditions to date and requirements necessary to complete project. One set of stairs on stage at right require correction of run and handrail height correction. A new electrical permit/inspections required and signoff from P&Z on CU requirements in parking lot. All these conditions were discussed with the owner Tom. Additionally a electrical correction was issued to Vixon Video, 5777 Overland, for electrical panel/meter corrections, A notice was also posted in the afternoon on the tenant, Dragon Fire @ 5771 Overland, to obtain a CO .

A review of case history revealed that electrical inspections had not been finaled, No plumbing permit had been obtained and no inspections performed, and no inspection had been requested for structural requirements. No access was available this date upon a site visit and a correction notice was posted requiring certificate of occupancy be obtained by 9/21/01 or electrical utilities would be terminated 9/24/01. Copies of correction notice posted this date sent by regular mail to buisness and owners home address.
