4/6/2000 yesterday dakota design faxed shear calcs from doug unger which do not match structure being constructed. today after conversation with jay jobe of dakota design, it was decided that building will need to be addressed by seperate engineering firm for lateral analysis and beam sizes which will be identified on plans. plans that are submitted indicate partial wall brace design out of boise city green book, two different sets of engineering and additional calcs which don't apply. also called nick (nemecs foreman) to let him know current status of project. plans were being looked at by engineer, as we spoke, according to him. will bring in new sets as soon as done.
