Meeting held with Tom Mannschreck (building owner), Ron Hill, Perry Paine and Marlene Southard. Building was to have been fully fire sprinklered by now in accordance with owner's letter on file (xref: Custom Conections @ 2720 W. Idaho St) and nothing has been done. Mr. Mannschreck agreed to provide city with copy of contract and letter agreeing to installation of fire sprinkler system prior to issuance of a permit for this tenant, also with the understanding that installation of the fire sprinkler system must be accomplied prior to this tenant obtaining a certificate of occupancy. If this is not followed through along with obtaining a c.o. for the Custom Confections tenant Mr. Paine notified Mr. Mannschreck a notice and order would be given to turn off the power to the building.
