To construct a 960 sq. ft. two story addition at rear of existing single family dwelling per approved plans and conditions of Historic Preservation Certificate of Appropriateness #DRH00-90. This permit is for rough frame and weather in only. Seperate permits will be required for electrical, plumbing, hvac, and finish of this structure and is the responsibility of the home owner. All levels and bedrooms/hallways of new addition will require hard-wired smoke detectors. Bathrooms and laundry areas to be equiped with exhaust fans.
