(ADA COUNTY COURTHOUSE) This building is required to be fire sprinklered because a floor level is more than 55 feet above grade. To construct interior tenant improvements on all levels (basement, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th & penthouse) of the Ada County Courthouse. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior stairways, 1-hr and 2-hr occupancy separations, 1-hr fire-resistive corridors, 2-hr fire-resistive exit passageways on the first floor, 2-hr mechanical shafts, suspended ceilings, elevated platforms, interior finishes, and millwork all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-1996 as regulated by the Fire Department. PC-441-00 **CJW**
