THIS BUILDING WILL BE CONSTRUCTED OF STEEL STRUCTURAL FRAME, CONCRETE PAN DECK FLOORS, METAL ROOF DECK, METAL EXTERIOR NONBEARING STUD WALLS AND MASONRY STAIR ENCLOSURES. THE PERMIT ALSO INCLUDES THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 155 LINEAL FOOT BY 14 FOOT WIDE NONCOMBUSTIBLE ELEVATED PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY LINK FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE THIRD FLOOR OF BUILDING #6 TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE EXISTING NORTH TOWER OFFICE BUILDING TO THE SOUTH. ALL CONSTRUCTION PER THE APPROVED PLANS AND ATTACHED COMMENT LIST. THIS IS SHELL AND CORE PERMIT ONLY, NO OCCUPANCY IS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. SEPARATE TENANT IMPROVEMENT PERMITS WILL BE REQUIRED TO FINISH THIS BUILDING FOR OCCUPANCY. THIS BUILDING IS FULLY FIRE SPRINKLED.
