THIS PROJECT WAS SUBMITTED WITH THE ADDITION OF THE GATE NINE STAIR FOR CONCOURSE A. MARLENE AND CARL HAVE ASKED THAT IT BE SPLIT INTO TWO PERMITS. ONE FOR THE TERMINAL T.I. AND ONE FOR THE CONCOURSE "A" WORK. I SPOKE WITH TERESA OF CSHQA. SHE WAS TOLD THAT IF NO ADDITIONAL WORK IS BEING DONE AT THIS TIME FOR THE SEPARATE TENANT SPACES AND THAT THE WORK BEING DONE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNER (BOISE CITY), CARL WILL ISSUE MICS. PERMITS FOR THOSE SPACES. MEANING THAT ANYONE COULD WALK OFF THE STREET AND OCCUPY THOSE SPACES. IF HOWEVER THEY ARE GOING TO DO ADDITIONAL WORK: TO CUSTOMIZE SPACES WITH ADDITIONAL WORK OVER $500, BY DIFFERENT HIRED CONTRACTORS, SEPARATE T.I. PERMITS WILL NEEDED. KMM
