Description	To remodel a 1,872 sq. ft. area within an existing 36,500 sq. ft. building divided into five zones of under 10,000 sq. feet by tenant separation walls with 20 minute doors between zones, for purpose of allowing non-rated corridors. Each Zone has own exits W/O entering others. Scope of this project does not efect existing zone wall / door locations. To remove approximately 50 feet of interior N.B. wall; To construct approximately 114 feet of N.B. walls to create a large & small conference room and a storage room. To add 20 feet of relocated interior wall creating 2 private offices from three; to add partial height portable partitions to create 7 new office spaces W/I the open office area, all per approved plans. Modify / add additional electrical, mechanical & fire sprinklers for use and code compliance. NOTE: This building is fully sprinkled for allowable area increase. PC#00-477/drs
