This building pad/site is all completed as required and final occupany signed off, however the total site/developers area is not all in as required, the road work by achd is not completed so curb, sidewalk and new landscape area is not in, at this time I did not ask for a bolnd as many more buildings require occupancy inspections so bonding for site will take place on other buildings.
