Description	To perform a structural upgrade as part of a phased project for a 16,113 sq.ft. existing building to prepare for future occupancy. This permit DOES NOT include any exterior site work. This permit includes new steel pipe columns at the existing glulam beams, demolition of existing translucent roofing panels and the installation of new roof plywood sheathing and roofing on the south side of structure, construction of a 1-hr. parapet on the south building wall and installation of 45 minute glazing with one-hour constrcution to infill exiisting openings, remodel two restrooms to meet accessible requirements, new exterior windows and doors and new accoustical suspended ceiling in a portion of future retail space.
