Within an existing 1,357 s.f. tenant space, receiving occupancy under MIS00-00166, remove approximately 25 feet of interior non-bearing wall to create open 4 station barber area at the south side of the building. To relocate existing sink to center wall and attach to existing plumbing; install barber cabinet work stations and chairs. To remove approximately 5 feet of wall, bath tub, cabinet sink & shelving; relocate and install a new, accessible, 3'-0" x 6'-8" minimum, door; new accessibility compliant counter with sink, water closet, grab bars and shelving; to provide maneuverable space for accessability compliance within the restroom. All per approved plans, notes and attached plan review comments.
