(ST LUKES MSTI CHILDRENS COURTYARD) To construct a new play / relaxation area outside the northeast corner of the MSTI facility, over the existing concrete basement roof. Work includes non-combustible court yard containment wall, decorative planting areas; specially installed / placed columns to support an engineered sunscreen trellis system (special inspection per plans for welding & epoxy connections); specialty drainage system / waterproofing membrane; and code complying exit to serve the courtyard area. All per approved plans, notes and attachments. THIS PROJECT IS EXTERIOR TO THE BUILDING; OF NON-COMBUSTIBLE STRUCTURAL MATERIALS ASSEMBLED IN SUCH A WAY AS TO PREVENT TRAPPING OF HEAT OR SMOKE.
