To construct a new 613 sq.ft. "Vanilla Finish" vacant tenant space in southwest corner of the 1st floor of building per approved plans on file. A new adjacent office tenant space ("Debt Reduction Services") is also created with the remodel and is being done under a separate permit (BLD00-01915). Work to include new one-hour rated tenant demising walls, new interior wall with a door, interior finish, suspended ceiling, fire sprinkler work, mechanical work, and electrical work. This is a Scope of Work Permit. Letter of Completion to be issued when done. NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED FOR THE SPACE-A SEPARATE PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR OCCUPANCY. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Fire sprinkler plans review and permitting required prior to related work. Plans shall be coordinated with BLD00-01915.
