(RENAISSANCE @ LIBERTY LAKES - CLUB HOUSE) This building is not fire sprinklered. To construct a 5,765 square foot assembly building to serve a 288 unit apartment complex. This building has three (3) restrooms accessible to the disabled, an exercise room, game room, video room, club room, mail room, work room, kitchen, offices, etc. Work is to include concrete footings, foundations, and slabs; wood stud bearing walls; engineered wood truss roof; brick veneer wainscot; and vinyl siding all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file. The capacity of the club room (90) shall be posted. THE SWIMMING POOL IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS PERMIT. SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION AND APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR THE SWIMMING POOL.
