(RENAISSANCE AT LIBERTY LAKE - BUILDING #4 - TYPE I - NORTH PORTION) The entire building shall be of Type V-1hr construction for fire flow (2,500 gpm required). To construct the two story North portion of a 3 story, 20 unit, 20,546 square foot (9,180 square foot projected roof area) apartment building. All ground floor units shall comply as "Type B" dwelling units. Work is to include concrete footings, foundations, and slabs on grade; wood stud wall systems; wood joist floor systems; wood truss roof systems; a stairway; 2-hr area separation wall; vinyl siding; a fire alarm system; and composition shingles all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file (see BLD00-02260 for the conditions list).
