(RENAISSANCE AT LIBERTY LAKE - BUILDING #4 - TYPE I - CENTER PORTION) The entire building shall be of Type V-1hr construction for fire flow (2,500 gpm required). The 3 story center portion shall be fire spirnklered because it is 3 stories tall. To construct the center portion of a 3 story, 20 unit, 20,546 square foot (9,180 square foot projected roof area) apartment building. All ground floor units shall comply as "Type B" dwelling units. Work is to include concrete footings, foundations, and slabs on grade; wood stud wall systems; wood joist floor systems; wood truss roof systems; 1-hr corridors; exterior stairways; 2-hr area separation walls; vinyl siding; a fire alarm system; and composition shingles all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file. The fire sprinkler system within the 3 story center portion shall comply with NFPA 13R-1996 as regulated by the Fire Department.
