SUB-BASEMENT AND A 21,085 SQ. FT. BASEMENT TO BE CONSTRUCTED AT THE EAST SIDE OF THE EXISTING ST. LUKE'S REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER. ALL CONSTRUCTION PER THE APPROVED PLANS AND ATTACHED COMMENT LIST. THIS PERMIT IS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CONCRETE FOUNDATION AND STRUCTURAL FRAME ONLY, ALL OTHER PHASES OF CONSTRUCTION REQUIRED TO FINISH THIS BUILDLING EXPANSION WILL REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMITS.
