Met with Barbara Beier, Architect to review proposed project. No site or key plan included with her submittal. Sent her to Records Div. to see if we had any plans on file that included the site & key plans. It was discovered that we did not ahave any information on file for this particular address and the properties on either side did not appear to reference this site. Looking at the fiche copies of old permits in our files indicated construction at this location and address, back in the '80's. I expalained to Ms. Beier that I needed a site plan and key plan for referencing this project and surrounding areas for code compliance. We called Mr. Jason Smith, tenant, to see if he had or could provide appropriate plans or they would need to be done by the architect.

Call from Jason Smith saying he had found original plans from 1968 with building layout & site plan. He ask what he needed to do. He is to provide two copies of building plans with plans from B. Beier, architect for permit. One set would go to job site for reference and we would have a reference copy for our records. He said he would provide full copies of plans.
