Work is to include two new restrooms and a shower room accessible to the disabled, three exterior ramps accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, a juice bar, seating booths, 2-hr fire-resistive parapets at the East exterior wall, roof primary and overflow drains, and a raised platform. Openings in the East exterior wall are being plugged. An existing toilet room is being modified to be more accessible to the disabled. An opening in an existing interior masonry wall is being enlarged. All work shall be done in accordance with the approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file.
