Today I met with Brandon Roberts and discussed the issues. I asked him about the claim that the ramp is more than 7 feet back from the property line. He showed he a suryvors stake at the southeast corner of the property that he said was the actual property corner. He said that there are two parcels involved, the one with the Vehicle Ramp and the one on the other side of the west entrance. On that side ACHD took additional property from him for future development of Fairview, but not on the westside of the driveway. This means that the actual dept of the lot different depending on the parcel. Additionally, ACHD did not require sidewalks on the westside of the driveway, as "they would only have to tear them up when the expand Fairview. Mr. Roberts did have to post money for future sidewalks. Approval was denied pending verification of information.
