Also Note: I have reviewed the 2000 code, back at the office and have the following comments to add,This system for this method of frost protection can only be put to use for an isolated house with no garage attached, this new area of construction is located directly behind the existing garage. also I have read that a minimum 12 inch deep perimeter footing is o required around the exterior walls, this new area approved by our office has a slab only.
