This permit is for construction of an accessible ramp to the basement area, the remodel of two restrooms in the basement area to make fully accessible, the installation of a wheelchair lift at the front entrance to the first floor for convinece (this level is not required to be accessible), the installation of a sprinkler system in the basement, the installation of a new HVAC system throughout, the construction of a one-hour wall and installation of a 20minute fire rated door which will separate the basement area from the first floor, construction of a trash enclosre. Separate permits required for Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire sprinklers required. The fire sprinkler system shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
