Remaining portion of 21,370 sq. ft. being prepared for possible storage area. This permit includes installation of smoke & heat removal vents in roof as indicated on plans and per 1997 UFC, Article 81; to complete the 1-hour tenant separation wall between this tenant space and space immediately to the North. NO OTHER WORK UNDER THIS PERMIT. REQUIRED ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING & MECHANICAL BEYOND THAT INDICATED SPECIFICALLY ON PLAN IS REQUIRED TO PART OF APPLICATION & PLAN SUBMITTAL FOR A TIME OF TENANT IMPROVEMENT PERMIT FOR NEW TENANT.
