To remodel existing single family dwelling per approved plans. Work to include expanding bathroom area in basement (new shower, toilet, sink and cabinets), and finishing laundry room (fir-out, drywall and insulation). Main floor work to include removal of partition between kitchen and dining room, infill of existing exterior door, modifying existing window to install patio door, new ceilings in den and family room, new toilet, sink and cabinets in upstairs bath, and new kitchen cabinets. Deck off new patio door to be permitted by owner at later date. Battery powered smoke detectors will be required on all levels and in all bedrooms and hallways leading to the same. DJO
