Description	to install and set up a 1248 s.f. double section manufactured home per the approved plans and the manufacturers requirements. This project is to include placement of 148 lineal feet of concrete footing and foundation walls around the perimeter of the home. Work also to include the construction of a detached 576 s.f. carport directly adjacent to the structure. The concrete for the support foundation for these structures must be a minimum of 24 inches below finish grade. The concrete for the floor of the carport must be isolated from support foundations on this permit. all tie down documents must be on site at the time of inspections. All required inspections must be approved prior to occupancy.
