Reviewed with Bill Alexander. Sprinklers exist and shall be altered as required per NFPA #13 per field inspector approval. Existing audible alarm system in elevator lobby area should satisfy to alert office tenants of emergency of fire or smoke. Okay to issue with condition of fire inspector approval & note on fire sprinklers & alarm system in my general notes.
