To infill storefron soffit to match existing; to install new storefront roll-down grill assembly with structural supports as per approved plan. To construct new display window & non-cubmustible support assembly; install new angled glazing & new track lighting; install metal stud frame system with sheetrock covering around new grill support columns, THEN install the required surface finish to comply with JP Price finish notes on plans. Maintain sprinkler system compliance at storefront alterations - FIRE INSPECTOR APPROVAL REQUIRED AS CONDITON OF PRMIT AND PROJECT FINAL. Verify location of smoke detector on tenant side of opening at new grill to maintain operation of existing smoke control/exhaust system. Verify existing required second exit, shown at NE rear corner, has been maintained and functions as required exit. NOTE: This building is fully sprinkled with smoke control/exhaust system throughout per original approved mall plans on file.
