(THE BIG EASY - MEZZANINE EXPANSION) Fire sprinklers substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction of the building. To expand an existing 1,122 square foot mezzanine to 1,696 square feet (574 square foot addition). Work is to include 3" x 10" floor joists, wood beams, and wood floor sheathing for the East expansion. Work is to include concrete footings, steel columns, steel beams, and a concrete floor for the Northwest expansion. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file. The tenant improvement work (including stairways and guardrails) is under permit BLD00-02658. **CJW**
