received plans for project from the builder on 12/1/2k in the p.m. the polans have changed to now attach the garage and wants plan review approval. the new plans have been drawn by a different design firm and floor framing is not similar. I have called the engineer of record and he stated that he must see plans before he can sign off the eng for same. further review is stopped until a leter/ new approval from the eng of record is received on this project...pep
